Can any one suggest how i can box off or cover the sink drain pipe that runs outside my wall to the drain?

its in the back garden and i want to cover it to keep dog away from it.

you ould get a piece of sqare rainwater pipe and use the brackets to secure it to the wall it is useualy white in colour

just make a wooden box around it or bend up thin sheet of metal tin or aluminum and fit that

easy enough job for a DIY person to fix but make sure it has some ventilation  just enough  to get bad smells away and not act as a water and germ trap.

  is there not a good  DIY person handy WHO can do this for you ? say a family member or friend. I would recommend  either plastic or aluminium sheet etc  to save  on rot and painting.
