I hate to see you go without a serious answer, because it is so important that you do learn to read.  The problem is that this is a long process, and can't easily be done online.  You need someone to sit with you while you learn, at least at the beginning.  If you are still in school, your teacher is probably the best place to go for help.  If s/he can't help you, can your parents afford private tutoring? If not, there are literacy organizations out there who work with kids to help them read.   If you are an adult who needs help with literacy, try your public library.  My mother was a volunteer at her local library for many years, helping tutor adults who couldn't read.
