Can any one tell me a site where i can find out the how big or small waves are goin to be at the beach?

If you know how to read tide charts, FNMOC swell models, and wind charts, then it will be easy to predict how your local waves are breaking.   If you don't, one of the most used sources in the world is Surfline.  Most surfing areas also have a site online where you can find conditions for your local beaches.

Ummm,.... USA? Australia? New Zealand?  UK?  Which beach?

But, if you google the beach you want to go to, and the words "Surf Report," you should find something.
