Can any one tell me do I have to get Sky to get a good picture I have HD32 in tele Philips?

can any one tel me I have slim line HD32 PHILIPS TELE how can I get a picture like they do in the shop do I have to get Sky to receive HD ? Please addvise me

Ive got a 32inch HD Toshiba and use a Virgin + box which records HD programmes as well as playing them,the equivalent is the Sky + box,either will do the job for you.

You will only get the best picture from an HD signal, in the uk that means Sky or Virgin HD, (on some channels) Or  a BluRay DVD player. Next step down is an upscaling DVD player/hard drive. Another factor is whether your tv is 'HD ready' (1366 x 758) or 'Full HD' (1920 x 1080)
