Costa Rica have jobs in Call Center (HP, Sykes, for example)... only you need to speak english...

I know first hand that there is a lot of off-shoring going on to San Jose for many high tech companies.  If you have some good technical background, Hewlett-Packard has many call centres that are there supporting various clients.  Look them up... its a great opportunity so fluent Spanish is not as important in this role as an excellent grasp of english.
