Can any one tell me how to pass electricity in hands?

one of my friend ask me to touch his palm . i feel electricity passes in his hands. I ask him how you did. He said its a magic. Can any one tell me how it is done?

Wear clothing made from synthetic fabrics such as nylon or rayon and drag your feet when walking across a carpet.  You'll build up quite a static charge on dry days.
