I just spent some time searching for a bike. I settled for a bike that cost 350.00 and it is well worth it.  the only bikes I saw for about 180 USD were around that price but were of lower quality. I actually purchased a cheaper bike and did not like it (partly because it was too small).  However; you could also consider buying from a private seller, craigs list has a lot of listings.  Good luck
