The worlds most populated country nl. China has a lot of unregistered children due to its birth control rules!!  The same problem seems to be arising in India so it's nearly impossible to determin exactly

I don't know what it is, but with people straping bombs on their butts and blowing up a bunch of people I'd say it's probably trimming down some. People these days ain't got no sense.
