Can any one tell me what kind of visa do i require, if my company is going to send me to UK for 2 weeks? Also what are various documents I need to produce while applying for same?

Business visa for a short period only.

It depends on where you are from.  Americans don't need a visa.

a business visa procured by your company, and even US citizen need a visa to do any sort of work in the UK.
