WOW that's an oldie.  You won't find that in any flea markets.

As it was, I was only able to find 1-2 floating around on ebay.  Expect to pay $50-$100

check ebay if not there you may not find it but check somewhere like flea markets or auctions and ask if anyone there knows where you can get one.
