Could definitely be the sauce, unless you are wheat intolerant.. I have similar problems.

You could be wheat intolerant.  I think thats the right allergy??  I know my friend cant eat wheat and would get painful stomach if she did

Maybe you have a wheat intolerance? See some one who specialises in allergies. Perhaps you can have a allergy patch test!
