For one, it is NOT a program of Google -- it's just an Indian company using the name of Google to attract users.

You are better off using Google's actual program where you can earn money -- Google Adsense http://www.google.com/adsense

He's right its not sponsered by google.  All it teaches you is how to use google adwords to promote affiliate websites to make money by driving traffic to their site and making a commission of each purchase.  If you want to learn that, join some affiliate marketing forums and read their intros and tutorials.  One that I use is http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/
