I got the Hello Caitlin part obviously.. Just added it in cause it might have something to do with the sentence.

I've been keeping in contact with a friend from a Spanish speaking country and he ALWAYS uses slang or text language and I can't understand it..

Q acs it's an abbreviation maybe used at chat or text messages, but the full way would be ¿Qué haces?, that means What do you do?, or What's up?

Juan soy is I'm Juan, or it's Juan. (that's a name)

q acs = ¿qué haces? = what are you doing?

juan soy = it's me, Juan
