Can any tell me a tool to copy files from network FASTER than normal speed?

I need a tool so that i can copy files from another network or server at a faster speed than the normal Copy - Paste method.

Anyone knows such a tool??

That's not possible. Transfer speed is dependent on the networking hardware. The only way to decrease the time to transfer a file, other than upgrading the network, is to compress the files beforehand. The time to compress and decompress the files is likely greater the the amount of time reduced from the transfer.
