The best way to find what is best for you is to discuss your situation with an independent insurance agent who isn't tied to any one big box company.  He can search his data base and find the best for you.

Be sure to be honest on you insurance application. If you have any convictions, wether criminal or traffic, be sure to disclosure them. Failure to due so could lead to your policy or claim being cancelled for misrepresentation. You wouldn't want to waste all you time looking for insurance only to have it cancelled for failure to disclose.

Its hard to say without knowing a bit more information about you like where you live or what kind of car you drive.  Usually Geico and Progressive are a bit more affordable for young drivers.

What you need to do is compare a few quotes from different companies to see which one offers you the cheapest rate.
