Can any1 tell me what 7est to GMT+10 is?

  1. Normally, EST would be GMT-5.  However, since we are in daylight saving time, it is GMT-4 (spring forward means adding an hour).  I don't know if GMT+10 follows daylight saving time (not all countries do).

    If it doesn't follow DST, just add the numbers together.  5+10=15 (you are 5 hours from GMT, and the other person is 10 hours from GMT).  So basically GMT+10 is 15 hours ahead of you.

    Since 15 hours is more than 12 hours, it means a change from am to pm or vice versa.  The difference is 3 hours after the switch.  So...

    7 am --> (switch) 7 pm --> (add 3) 10 pm.

    or:

    7 pm -->  (switch) 7 am  --> (add 3)  10 am.
