If they are canvas try fabric paints.

A can of spray paint in a enclosed area always works best for me. I spray paint my doc martins silver on a weekly basis.

Go to a shoe repairer/boot maker.  They sell specific colours especially for shoes.

There is leather paint for shoes or if they are canvas you can use Acrylic paints from the craft stores ;)))
