i designed my own tattoos but if you cant do that def go to a good tattoo artist, they are very good at designsfor clientail.its what they do for a living.

Why don't you just go to a tattoo shop & ask a professional to draw one for you?  They do great work, and you can describe what you want and they'll modify it and stuff.  Seems smarter then having someone take a crappy pic over the Internet.
