If you leave in australia the first thing you have to do is contact Docs.

they run seminars and in these seminars they are going to give you all the information in relation of the country you are looking for adoption.

Yes, australia has an agreement with Ethiopia. at least had few months ago.

I supose all the procedures will be done trough Docs and not though any private agency.  this is going to give security that you will be able to bring your baby to australia in a complete legal way.
