Can anybody give me some senior crown ideas?

At my school the seniors get crowns from burger king and decorate them. I know i want it to be purple with gold. i want it to say my name but what else should i put? and should i get it airbrushed or use fabric? I want it to look modern and original. I was also thinking of doing it hot pink and lime green and having it say my name and c/o 09 and have sanrio characters. Any ideas?

Do you have the equipment to airbrush it? If you don't want it to look hand-painted, use spray paint. And I wouldn't try using a stencil and paint to do your name, because it'll probably run. Instead, you can buy letter stickers at a craft store, or you can even buy those adhesive gems and spell out your name. There are also a ton of decorative buttons with different themes, take a look at those. You can remove the shank in the back and just glue the button to your crown.
