Can anybody give me tips to open a beauty parlour or beauty center with minimum cost incurred?

Oh boy - where to begin!....

Tips:

* start in your home unless you already have a client list, start up money or a line of credit from your bank - or parents - lol

* If you must have rental space, don't sign a  long term lease. Go for 6 months maximum with an option to renew. (if you have the budget to do that) and of course get the best location you can for the money.

* Only invite others beautitions to join you in your business if they can bring a client list with them.

*  Offer  new grads from local Beauty School a chair on slow days. They are keen and may bring in a whole new clientel.

* Institute a "walk-in" rotation and stick to it to avoid rifts developing between beautitions.

* Go easy with the advertising.  Be creative and use other methods of communication - like the internet and invitation cards to known potential customers.

and lastly.

Shop around carefully for suppliers.  Don't be afraid to make deals.
