Can anybody guess the size of this house?

looks like about 4000 sq. ft.

I hope you're not considering building that McMansion.  The designer built up the roof form in order to falsely make the track home look bigger.  The house looks to be the ugliest 3400 sf. that I've seen in my 25 year career.

As a matter of fact, I now own my own firm and am doing very well with high end custom residential projects with several of them garnering industry awards.  As for the horrendous image you shown, the reason why the roof is so outragously out of proportion is because the designer established a uniform plate height.  That is often done to reduce the cost of framing or to build it as cheaply as possible.  It is only my opinion, like I often say, there's nothing wrong with an ugly home, it only makes my projects look better.
