Teaching CSS/HTML is so long winded, if you want to learn try http://www.w3schools.com/Css/default.asp and http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.as...

But if you just want a friendster profile try http://www.pimp-my-profile.com/layouts/l... to get existing layouts or use the generator http://www.pimp-my-profile.com/generator... to make a custom one which should start you off making your own, then use CSS/html to improve/modify the design.
