Can anybody help me about the body and fitness?

First, i'd like to ask what exactly makes you fat or what makes your stomatch stick out? Becuase when i tend to eat a meal my stomatch expands and becomes bigger. I no people say well go on jogs or do cardio but i cant do that either i dont have enough energy to do those things so what types of food should i eat withot making me fat? and also i make my self stressed about if im going to be fat or not so can you please give me some helpfull tips about my stomatch and ways to eat properly. Thanks :)

  1. To Stop Gaining Weight, You Should Eat 1200 Calories A Day.

    I Would Suggest Jogging But Like You Said, You Cant.

    So Then You Should At Least Have Some Type Of Movement.

    Eat Fruits And Vegtables.

    Stay Away From Fatty Foods Like Pizza.


  2. To begin with, You stomach expands when you eat because it fills up with food. It contracts back as it empties.

    Foods you should eat are lean meats ( chicken turkey fish) and colorful veggies. You should avoid WHITE grains and anything that says ENRICHED. You want WHOLE GRAIN not WHOLEWHEAT there is a slight difference. Pastas, rice, breads... only whole grained.

    Make sure you get all your vitamins a day. A multivitamin will help. Your energy may increase from that alone.

    Drink plenty of water and give up soda completely. Soda is just processed sugar water. Sugar is bad. Avoid it like its posionous.

    To lose weight, you need to atleast walk 10 minutes a day. Its not much but as you keep at it the energy will increase and you may end up doing hour walks or even jogs after a while.

    Advice: Stress releases a hormones. One in particular is called Cortisol, and it is nasty. It converts muscle into fat. So stress can litterally make you fat.

  3. My suggestion is this:

    Food: The key to losing fat isnt just about what you eat, but how much you eat and when. I take the "GI" approach. This means trying to keep the levels of sugar (and therefore insulin) in your blood from spiking. Basically different foods contain different levels and types of sugars. The ones that get into your blood quicker (high GI) cause an insulin spike and your body reacts by starting to store the sugar as fat.

    I suggest trying to avoid these high GI foods (anything with processed sugar), white pasta, white bread, potatoes etc.

    The old phrase "a little often" applies here. Lots of small meals through the day. If youre feeling fat after you eat, then you may be simply eating too much in one sitting. Oh...and no sugary drinks BTW.

    Protein can often help here. It contains lots of high quality calories, and acts to fill you up.

    Easy exercise: This needn't take any time. Your abs and "core" muscles can be toned and tightened without doing any actual real exercise but just instead of sitting on an office chair, you can sit on an exercise ball. The constant slight instability of the ball mean your core muscles will continuall be unconsciously making micro-correction to adjust your posture. The result....a few burned calories and more toned stomach muscles. (Dont expect a 6 pack from this though)

  5. Well a human body requires 2000 cal/day and if you consume more than that the extra cals get converted to fat.

    If you consume diet sodas or sodas in general it may bloat you up and make your stomach stick out. Also a diet heavy with salt like consuming lots of chips/fries/Onion rings will make your stomach bloat.

    Cut off sodas, fried stuff and cheese and incorporate a healthy mix of lean meat, eggs, milk (skimmed), fruits and vegetables.

    If you can try and exercise a bit. To check if you need to loose weight find out your BMI using a BMI calculator available on net.

    Also do research as to what your ideal weight should be according to your weight, height and age.

    You can do this online and come up with answers to your question.

  7. Depending on your age/height/weight you may not need to lose anything. If you're still growing and developing, enjoy being young. Stop worrying about your stomach after meals. It takes two hours to burn off a meal without exercise. I don't know what you're eating so, I couldn't tell you if it was bad. Three balanced meals a day and you will be fine. Fourth grade health class.
