I'm a moderately big teenage girl,, and most people i know aren't and i just want to know if there are any vegetarian diets you know of, and excercise plans that work well. Also, all famous peoples legs[except for guys] have shiny, nicely shaved smooth legs, with no bumps or anything, is there a way i can do that ?

Thanks very much in advance !

Always,

Katy

  1. Being a vegetarian won't make you lose weight. Unless you meant that you were already a vegetarian.

Cutting carbs will help. (Bread, etc.) And obviously sugars and junk food.

Mostly just cut down on your portion sizes. That will help immensly, and don't binge eat. (My personal problem) And rather then eating 2-3 huge meals a day, eat healthy snacks between meals to lessen intake during mealtime. And always eat breakfast. And don't eat right before bed.

As for the leg issue. Celebrities wax their legs. (Painful, but only needs done every few weeks)

  2. The best thing you could do is to talk to your doctor about your weight if it's an issue for you.  Perhaps he/she can refer you to a nutritionist.  You shouldn't start a diet without the doc's okay.

As far as legs go,  I think famous gals get them waxed at a salon.  They have the money to spend on that stuff.

  3. oh my gawd i know i wish i could get my legs as smooth as theirs! but you should just abandon hope itll never happen. and as far as vegetarian diets, ive been a vegetarian for 4 years and you really just have to create your own diet. a diet that works for one person may not work for you. but theres nothing wrong with being a little overweight. everyones bodys different.
