Look up in the Business white pages, or yellow pages of the phone book, under, "Union -- Pipefitters and Plumbers", or "Pipefitters and Plumbers Union".  Call them, and ask the secretary/receptionist for the journeyman pipefitters/welder's rate -- for government contracts.  They will give you the most correct and current information.
