It was made on July 26, 1977 by a man named Chief John "A.J." Huffer and it is video of a reported thunderbird. I have looked EVERYWERE and still can't find! I know the video is out there and it is making me sooo frustrated that I can't find it. Some more information on it is it was featured on a show called "animal x" and on the discovery channel before.

  1. take a look at these sites, interesting! For decades a search has been on-going for a copy of a very old photograph said to show a dead bird displayed beside several people. Here is the background to that search:

  2. Contact Nathaniel West at nwest@jg-tc.com or 238-6860.

The film has been sold so finding it for free might be a littel tough.

    They were probably turkey vultures.

  3. I see Thunderbirds all the time.  In fact, Ford released a newer model a few years ago.

What do you suppose the reason is that this film is in such limited circulation?  I won't pretend to know what his intentions are, but I would think Huffer would want to validate his mythology with some evidence and would have made the video more available.
