Can anybody recomend a good cheap hotel for 4 lads to stay in Amsterdam in early october?

When my hubby and I went to Amsterdam, we stayed at Hotel Manofa.  It is right on one of the main streets of Amsterdam as you come out of the train station.  It is on a very busy, lively street (Damrak St) and close to anything you need to walk to.

The hotel is not upmarket - it is a hostel really - very friendly atmosphere, the usual tight stairs (all throughout Amsterdam so you can't avoid this), an absolute feast for breakfast in the pizzeria below the hotel (all free with the price).  The rooms aren't flash, but I daresay 4 guys will be out for most of their stay in this great city.  I can't remember the price but I know it was cheap.
