Can anybody recomend a restaurant near Millenium Park that is romatic yet no more that 20 per person.?

My gf and I are going to chicago soon to celebrate 2 yrs can you guys recommend a resaurant near Millenium Park? I would like it to be somewhat romantic and cost perferably less that 20 but could be over (im not cheap just a poor working student).

I would say the CHINA GRILL, right off Lake and Michigan.

Park Grill & Cafe is right in Millennium Park. I've been there and it's pretty good.
