  1. Sorry for not providing telephones or links, but here go some names (always call to make an appointment):

    Silvia Galván salon (very popular among TV starlets)

    Marcos de Joss salon (I think the salon is called Joss Claude, in Zona Rosa)

    Anel et Chuy (at least two locations in Mexico City)

    Top Vitala (great haircuts in the Altavista location)

    Good luck and bring a lot of $$$$.
