    not sure about the Yum Cha, but the food is great and it's relatively cheap.

    If you want to pay a little more, then the Mask of China is great.  117 Little Bourke St Melbourne (03) 9662 2116

    If you walk down little Bourke, between Swanston and Exhibition St's, there is a plethora of Chinese eateries to choose from.
