Can anybody recommend a good hypnotherapist in Brighton Uk ? I want to improve my self-confidence.?

I have tried google and there are quite a few of them in Brighton.

don't know any good ones in your area, but i have been hypnotized and i never felt more relaxed as i did after i was brought out of it.  it felt amazing.  and the hypnosis was one of those stage things like they do on talk shows, so it was more for entertainment than therapy.  i can only imagine how great therapy would be.
