Blackberry has 3 lines of phones that they are pushing.  The 83xx series also known as the curve, the 88xx series and the 81xx series also known as the pearl.  

Most medical people I work with prefer either the 83xx or the 88xx series.  The main difference between the two is the inclusion of a camera in the Curve.  With HIPPA and other privacy legislation on the books many administrators are starting to crack down on camera phones as a precaution so I would check your workplace's policy on that before deciding on a phone.  If your employer is okay with camera phones the Curve is your best bet, otherwise the 88xx is a safe bet.
