Can anybody recommend any good acting schools/places in New York?

Hi everyone,

I'm 19 and in college but I would like to try something new in my life during my free time.

I would like to act but I don't know where to start.

I want to be an actress because I want to give people goosebumps and a good feeling when they're finished watching my films(as weird as that sounds lol).

Can anybody recommend any good acting schools or where I can take classes in New York?

  1. NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Also look for Broadway auditions to go to and learn by experience.


  2. If you mean New York City, then NYU

    If you mean the State, I would try Syracuse Univ. school for the performing arts.
