My dad has received the soft copy of residence and work permit from the personnel in nigerian company but the hard copy (originals) is getting delayed ... Can anybody guide us on the same

Now you have the address and email id's of the embassy as mentioned by my previous answerer.

But it sounds scam.  Be curious.  Don't send or pay any money to any agent unless you got the confirmation or authentication by the Nigerian embassy.  There are many false agents and fake companies originated from Nigeria trying to cheat others.

Just give them a ring ... they will give it to you.

I ring my Government up all the time to ask for their emails.
