Can anybody teach me chords G and Cmaj7 on the guitar?

Question

would learning "anyone else but you" by the moldy peaches be an easy first song to play on guitar?

im just a beginner, and was wondering if this is a fairly easy song to learn? the tab site said the Chords used the song are only G and Cmaj7.....where can i learn these chords or can you tell me please?

BUY a CHORD CHART... you can get one  at any music store for $2 or $3...  I will NOT give you the TABs for those chords because I absolutely HATE TABs... I truly believe that anyone just starting out can learn to play REAL NOTES just as easily as they can learn TABs and they can pick up any piano score and play it instead of having to rely on someone translating a song into TABs for them

G: Index finger-5th string-2nd fret, middle finger-6th string-3rd fret, ring finger-1st string-3rd fret

Cmaj7: Middle finger-4th string-2nd fret and ring finger-5th string-3rd fret. Don't play the 6th string.
