I wanted to know which city in india facilitates and encourages child adoption more than other cities ?? its sort of a survey..

Metropolitan cities are more aware of this phenomenon. The urban ppl are more into it and are able to fulfil the requirements.

I read recently in a newspaper report that high adoption rates have been recorded in mumbai - more than any other city.
