Can anybody tell how to sell a life insurance and also how to make agents?

If you are asking how to go about selling life insurance in general, then you sell your product based on need. Agents are not MADE from a machine or a mold as far as I know good agents are well educated and believe in the products they are selling and actually like what they are doing. If all the above exist then you have valuable contributers to your community to serve your NEEDS.

In India in order to sell life insurance you have undergo 50 hours of training and then undergo online/offline test. After passing this test Insurance Development Regulatory Authority (IRDA) issues you  license to work as insurance agent. This license is valid to work with either LIC or any private insurance company.
