Can anybody tell me ALL of the medical uses of ketamine?

i know it is sometimes used as an anesthetic.

but does anyone know ALL of the documented medical uses of ketamine both as an anesthetic as well as other uses?

Ketamine is sometimes used as a anesthetic during surgery though it is not used as much anymore because of many side effects that can happen. There are studies going on now about the use of ketamine in treating Complex Regional Pain Syndrome/Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and it is also being experimented in treating depression. Ketamine is also used as a veterinary anesthetic.

I recently had the low dose ketamine for treatment of my RSD/CRPS and I am now pain free which is something I haven't had for two and a half years now.
