Can anybody tell me Accounting courses in private institutes like ICA etc r beneficial (carrier oriented)?

Yes they are beneficial to a certain extent. For eg. ICA teaches you various accounting softwares which you can use if you are working as an accountant somewhere. But to excel in a carrer in accounting, you should have proper theoretical knowledge of various concepts of accounting which you will get by a proper degree (B.Com). If you want practical knowledge of accounting I would suggest get training under a qualified CA.
