Depends on your grades, activities & which colleges/universities you are interested in.  What are you most interested in studying?  Harvard & Princeton are considered 2 of the best schools, but if you were interested in genetics, you'd probably be more interested in MIT or UW-Madison, or if you are a musician, you might be more into St. Olaf.  Some colleges are more interested in having foreign students & admit them in larger numbers/offer better scholarships.  Put a lot of time & effort into your admissions essay--sometimes that will outweigh other factors.
