can anybody tell me after getting my foreign CPL..if i apper for the conversion exams and cannot complete my documents within 6 months...how many hours i hav to do again?

In the US, after taking the written, it is valid for 24 mos.

You will have to check the requirements for whatever country it is you are applying for and their specific guidelines, so where ever it is you want to go they have those installed within the prospective government agencies relegated to that specific country's aviation division. In the US it is a minimum of 190 hours but you can figure on about 230 hours realistically, and then prepare for a check ride, these are always subjected to insurance policies within the parameters of the flight school...
