Or alternatively, you can take the LRT-Vito Cruz to Taft. Then, take the MRT, get off GMA/Kamuning, Quezon Ave, or North Ave, and you would see jeepneys going to UP.

they've given you all the correct answers.

the easiest so far among those mentioned, is the route going to Fairview, then alight at Philcoa. there are jeepneys at the back of dunkin donuts or Mcdo bound for UP.

take the LRT from Vito Cruz Station and get off at Doroteo Jose, walk to LRT2 Recto Station and get off at Katipunan Station... it's about a hundred meter walk to Katipunan Ave and from there, you'll find jeepneys that will pass UP Diliman.

another route would be to ride the LRT in front of La Salle up to Recto Station then switch trains to LRT2 Recto to Katipunan Station. From the underground Katipunan Station, its a short walk along Aurora Blvd (you would pass by St. Bridget School) then turn left to Katipunan Ave. The UP Ikot jeeps are under the flyover.

From Taft Avenue, take a jeepney or FX going to Fairview.  Get off the vehicle at Philcoa.  From Philcoa, take the UP Campus jeepney.
