Definately the white and yellow pages on the the net.  But they will only help if he's been here for a while.  If you have a bit more info, when he arrived, what area he is in, friends or relatives addresses etc - the easiest way would be to get an investigator to trace him.  If you have his international drivers license number they will track him down so fast its frightening.
