You will be hard pressed to get information.  That is considered invasion of privacy.  No company will release that information.  If you are having problems with someone calling and harassing you from a number, go to the police and the can find out whats going on.

Call the dude and ask him out for a beer. In five minutes you'll find all you need to know.

If it is a girl that you're calling it will cost you more for that date.

you can't get the detail of that person, not personal info at least (that's a violation of privacy).  but you can assume certain things (behavior) by the user's calling habit.

sometimes it wont even give u anything but its worth a try...
