Time Out guide to eating out in London has been going for more years than I care to remember so I had a look on their website.  There aren't any Romanian ones listed, but if you follow the link you'll see there's lots listed as "Eastern European", Polish etc. which is maybe as near as you're going to get.  You'll have to start one if you're keen!
