Can't really help ya with Tampa, but to Manda, try Stoney's on Estero Blvd east of I-75 (exit 120, near FGCU).  It's about midway between Ft. Myers and Burrito Springs.

For Ft Myers, try the Ale House off of Colonial.

Also try looking up "Spectator's" - it's a local chain that has a few locations around the SWFL area.
