No doubt yes it is scam.Some person claiming to be Mr. Antonio Lorenzo, which is the real CFO of this bank never could identify himself with me through reliable third party and they even send  faked mails from "Scotland Yard" confirming that you can go ahead with them. Just address the bank's phishing department for getting confirmed.Behind all is Nigerian scam mafia.
