Can anybody tell me what are the requirements for my kids to come to Germany for good?

I am married to AF-American citizen. Me and my kids are already included in the command sponsorhip package and we are planning to get them this year. Right now they're in the Phils. Since i wasn't married to their father, they have my family name when I was single.

both you and your husband can stay  for 90 days  or the duration of his  military orders if still active  then he will have to filea i130 for you and children to bring you to USA
