Can anybody tell me what kind of cell phones are these?

I am plannin on buying a cell phone but I don't want to pay for it monthly. I want a cell phone that I have to buy minutes for, and have to put minutes on it, instead of paying a fee for it every month.

Is there any phones like that, and they are camera phone/ music phones too?
